Apart from a really good waiter, the rest is a bit disappointing with a not very tasty pizza. However, for those with intolerance issues, there are gluten-free pizzas.

On a day trip, I found this pizzeria with gluten-free pizza. I had a margherita, and I must say it's the best pizza I've ever eaten. Soft and tasty with excellent quality ingredients, it was so good that it made me wonder if they had confused it with a pizza containing gluten... Well done!

Pizzeria discovered by my wife about a month ago. She is celiac, so we decided to try it out using a coupon she had received from the pizzeria. The experience was very positive: cleanliness, excellent layout of the spaces, air-conditioned environment, a young team with great attention to detail and to the customer. Federico welcomed us both the first time and the subsequent visits (yes, in a month we have been at least three times), making us feel at home right away. He is a serious and polite person, just like the rest of the staff. My wife adds that so far it is the top gluten-free pizzeria among those she has tried. All that’s left to say is to book and eat.
