Al Lampione offers gluten-free pizzas with extraordinary taste, made with high-quality ingredients and a wide variety of special doughs. A welcoming place with attentive staff and reasonable prices. AIC certified and with an excellent selection of desserts, it is a must-visit in Gorizia!

Very good pizza, both to eat on-site and to take away, perhaps my favorite pizza in Gorizia.

Great pizza, with really good gluten free pizza available (one of the best we have had). Nice staff too.

Very good pizza, also the fried dishes are delicious, I have some reservations about the desserts, but I would gladly return for the pizza.

Having 5 gluten-free dough options to choose from is quite something, I've never seen it before! Very, very good pizza, a place with a nice outdoor space. Service is a bit slow, but everyone is kind.

Rich pizza menu, but also some dishes and desserts, in addition to gluten-free beer, I would say excellent. If what is written is true, I would say Top.

We visited this pizzeria multiple times since they accommodate celiacs, vegans, and offer various types of dough, and this is the first time I am writing a review. I had the charcoal pizza, which was totally tasteless, soggy, and I couldn’t taste the ingredients. Additionally, for dessert, I ordered the Crème brûlée, which is a well-defined dessert in patisserie, but they served me a sort of berry cheesecake (see photo). When I pointed out to the waitress that if I order a Crème brûlée, I might not appreciate yogurt and berries, the waitress rudely responded that the supplier calls it that. I don’t care what the supplier calls it; the dessert has a clear recipe that needs to be respected. Prices are high.

gluten-free menu with limited options, but very good. The pizzas are TOP!! Highly recommended. Just a bit heavy.

Pizzeria Al Lampione - Taste of Rome My favorite place in Gorizia is well-known: I love going to Lampione for various reasons: the quality of the ingredients, traditional Roman dishes, innovative cuisine suitable for those with allergies or intolerances (certified AIC - Italian Celiac Association and AILI - Italian Association for Lactose-Free Foods), different types of pizza doughs, vegetarian or vegan cuisine, expertise and professionalism from the staff, and the warmth and friendliness from the Morzilli family is priceless! 😉 Dinner on December 31, 2024, consists of free menu: Appetizers - Potato Kipfel (as per Friulian tradition) - Zucchini flowers - Supplì - Mixed fry (mozzarelline in carrozza, cacio e pepe croquettes, carbonara croquettes, and zucchini flower) First courses - Eggplant Parmesan - Gricia with fresh pasta (calamarata) in a pan - Vegan Parmigiana (with mozzarisella for those intolerant to milk and dairy products) Drinks - Beer with artisanal spelt from Amatrice - 2 blonde draught beers - Half a liter of house white wine Followed by coffee and ammazza caffè 🙂 Everything is truly delicious, immersed in a homely atmosphere that seems to transport you to Rome. At Lampione, you always feel good, and a special thanks goes to my friend chef Damiano, who always prepares delicious dishes! 😋

I have been there both with friends and with my family. You can choose from a variety of pizzas or a restaurant menu with various specialties, including Roman cuisine. I always ate pizza because they are really very good, and you can also choose from different doughs. Additionally, there is a menu for those who are gluten intolerant. It’s a very popular place, so I recommend making a reservation, even though there is plenty of space inside, and with nice weather, you can sit outside, all covered even in case of rain. Very kind and helpful staff. Pizzas are also available for takeaway. Excellent food quality.

I can't say anything else other than "AMAZING!" Huge selection of pizzas, fresh dough and a variety of options for doughs, reasonable prices, extra charge for the various doughs is only €1. This place is addictive. Certified and highly recommended.

One of the best gluten-free pizzas I have ever eaten; for this reason, the pizzeria has been included for the 8th consecutive year in the Gambero Rosso guide to pizzerias in Italy!!! But don't worry, the prices are normal. For the gluten-free options, the menu includes only pizzas, which come in various types, and you can choose from different doughs: rice, hemp, turmeric, chia seeds, and activated charcoal.

Gluten-free kitchen separate. AIC certification. Certification also lactose-free. Amazing gluten-free pizza, tasty, possible with almost all toppings. Highly recommended! My boyfriend (celiac) and I always go there, and it's always a certainty.

I had a spectacular pizza 🍕 I will return to try the Romana which has piqued my curiosity 😋 especially a very clean place, which I am very particular about 😊, recommended for people with food intolerances. Very kind staff who are available to explain the menu.

I had an American pizza, gluten-free (Mozzarella, tomato and sausage) and a Pannacotta; they were very good! The bathrooms are clean and the waiters are friendly. It was a very good dinner!

Renewed and pleasant environment. Very kind and prepared staff. Great variety of gluten-free pizzas and desserts. Interesting cuisine, unfortunately not much gluten-free. In any case, availability in that regard, as far as possible. I appreciated it a lot. Everything.

Really excellent pizzeria, with a small equipped playground outside, ample space both indoors and outdoors. Very good pizza, a lot of choice, and there is also a menu just for kids. There are several types of dough, including one for celiacs, wholemeal dough... The waiters are kind and the service is quite fast. The ideal place for a birthday party both in summer and winter. I really liked this place, I highly recommend it.

At the explicit request of the owner, I will now describe my experience. Over time, my family has gone to this pizzeria many times to get pizza to take home. In Gorizia, it was the only place that made gluten-free pizzas, and we have celiac disease in the family. One evening, we ordered over the phone as usual, and instead of my son-in-law, I went to pick it up; everything went well, I waited, paid, said hello, and the two ladies at the counter also greeted me very kindly. But when I got home, I found myself without gluten-free pizza. So, I called the pizzeria and informed them of what had happened. They replied that I forgot the gluten-free pizza on the counter. I sent my daughter to get the gluten-free pizza. When she arrived, the owner welcomed her and said that I, given my age (we have never met or spoken), am forgetful and forgot the gluten-free pizza there. However, I understand that it is their practice to add the gluten-free pizza last to the pile of pizzas to avoid contamination. Obviously, nothing was left pending; my daughter expressed her reasons and politely left, but with the conviction that someone, to avoid admitting a minor mistake, made a larger one by discriminating against a stranger due to their supposed age. Who knows what other types of discrimination this person is capable of, and I would add that beyond serving your good pizza, it takes that extra something that is not there and is learned over time, a lot of time. "WARNING TO ALL OF YOU WHO ARE OVER 57 YEARS OLD" - FORGETFUL AND ABSENT-MINDED - BRING YOUR CHILDREN!!! I hope I have been sufficiently clear despite my venerable age.

I can say that this pizzeria has renewed itself over the years and has always tried to find new and appealing solutions to get noticed. Very good pizza with exceptional dough (for those with celiac disease, there is a special dough available without the need to call a day in advance, which I noticed happens in many pizzerias). An ever-expanding variety of pizzas. Then I can recommend the pizza of the day, which I think is the one that deserves the most. The place is very spacious both outside and inside. Very quick service. A downside is the parking; sometimes you have to park a bit too far from the pizzeria, but I assure you it’s worth it.
