Even though it doesn't have certification, the chef (also one of the owners) is very attentive to contamination, as his wife (the owner) is celiac, so there is attention! Almost the entire menu can be made gluten-free, just specify it when ordering. All dishes are exceptional, especially the baked canestrelli (also made GF) and the small squid in the wok! The pasta can also be made gluten-free!!
