They prepare gluten-free pizzas in a dedicated electric oven (for those intolerant to gluten, it can also be cooked in a wood-fired oven). The menu indicates that they are part of the AIC circuit. The pizza is very good and light, and they also have alternatives for lactose-free or vegan mozzarella.

Absolutely AMAZING!! We were on vacation in the area and contacted them for delivery! Very nice people, and GREAT Gluten Free Pizza!! Looked like just a Normal Pizza!!! My family had the regular one, and they were really happy as well! Also.. BIG AND WELL SERVED!! Too bad we are leaving, definitely would order again!! (Picture of the Gluten free 4 formagio)
