Attention! This place does not have a separate kitchen and, as the waitress explained to me, the cooking methods are not suitable for celiac disease, at most for intolerances. She was very kind to point this out.

A vast variety of gluten-free dishes, the entire menu is available except for FRENCH TOAST, BURRITO, CREPES, and FRIED CHICKEN due to the batter. The fries are contaminated because they are cooked in the same oil as the chicken. Delicious buckwheat pancakes, generous portions, everything is exquisite.

I am celiac and have gone to brunch many times, it's a pity about the fries because the fryer is the same one they use for frying other things, so it contains gluten. The staff is attentive if you ask for things explained well. They have gluten-free bread and also make pancakes (with buckwheat flour).

BRUNCH REPUBLIC… NO PASSPORT REQUIRED FOR CELIACS With great regret, I write to emphasize a serious neglect. A few days ago, I went for brunch with a friend at this establishment in Treviso. I immediately noticed that some dishes on the menu are explicitly marked as "gluten free" - in my case, the French fries - with the accompanying crossed grain symbol. I have been celiac for many years, and experience has taught me that it is always better to ask, just to be safe, and so I did. Unexpectedly, the waitress replied that no, the French fries are NOT gluten free, despite what is written and printed on the menu. If I had been less meticulous, or more trusting, and had ordered them, I don't know what would have happened. I hope the establishment takes my suggestion and changes the wording on the menu, because for some people - unfortunately - eating gluten-free is a matter of health and safety. It was sad and truly demoralizing, in 2022.
