The staff were very careful and gave excellent guidance in safe dishes, which included gluten free and adapted options. I had plenty of choice for every course and was brought three different kinds of GF bread. Everything I ate was delicious. The restaurant does not have a separate kitchen / preparation area, so not 100% contamination safe, but they gave clear advice on this.

Trattoria/ristorante in the center of Treviso. Even though it is not AIC, they are still attentive to the risk of contamination and know very well the needs of someone with celiac disease. I have eaten there twice (very well) and I have never been unwell.

Highly recommended restaurant in the center of Treviso. Every dish is carefully crafted and studied in every little detail. Beautiful presentations, but above all, the flavors, cooking, and pairings are excellent! Attention to food intolerances (bread, breadsticks, and crackers for gluten intolerant). Very nice place and kind and attentive service! The house Sauvignon is also very good!
