A fantastic dinner at Le Papere, but the biggest thanks goes to Noemi! She was cheerful, extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She gave us spot-on advice and, above all, was very clear and reassuring about the gluten-free option. Noemi, you're a wonderful person and you truly made our evening a memorable one with your smile.
