They advertise gluten-free ice cream but when asked, they respond that they cannot guarantee the absence of contamination, which is essential for certain types of celiac disease. The ice cream is mostly gluten-free; the only issue is contamination, and if it cannot be guaranteed, I find it misleading to advertise it as gluten-free...
