I went to pick up some takeout pizzas, and they immediately informed me that the gluten-free option does not guarantee contamination. The gluten-free pizza was still very good and the service was quick, and the staff was very friendly.

End-of-year dinner with the school, we choose this venue because it is accustomed to large numbers. Fixed-price menu, so it's better not to have expectations about the food, which, however, is not bad. Some appreciated the pizzas, and the meats are also pleasant. We were surprised by the attention given to some gluten-free guests, even though they cannot guarantee the absence of contamination, as the procedures they explained to us are the right ones: gluten-free pizza baked in an electric oven in the kitchen and not in the wood-fired oven with the others, and the presence of at least one minimally elaborate dessert (chocolate cake) that is gluten-free and vegan was a way to consider customers who usually struggle to have a complete meal like those who can consume gluten. Therefore, considering the type of restaurant, 4 out of 5 is quite appropriate.
