Sushi restaurants are everywhere now, and perhaps, among the many, this is the one you'll notice the least, if only for its not-so-visible location. Yet... yet for us it has become a point of reference. Why? Because it is the only AYCE sushi restaurant we trust for "gluten-free," our primary necessity when eating out with our celiac daughter. In the place, they explained to us, two employees (in the kitchen and dining area) are celiac, so they know well the procedures and precautions to take for this dietary regimen. Separate reservation for GF, dedicated soy sauce, dishes free from inappropriate sauces or creams if ordered, indeed, from the GF sheet. We feel safe and have never had problems. An important resource, to which we wish a long life! Highly recommended to all celiac friends!
