Piadina cooked in plastic packaging in the microwave. Good, for being "from large distribution". Safe for contamination but I don't know about the use of plastic in direct contact for heating.

The best gluten-free piadina I have ever eaten. It's hard to perceive any differences compared to 'normal' ones. Even though they are not certified, they bring you the ingredients separately so you can assemble the piadina yourself. This way, you can see that the rest of the ingredients are of excellent quality. With a gluten-free beer as well, the dinner is perfect.
