Despite not being registered with Aic, they were very attentive and helpful with my requests and needs. I recommend calling a few days in advance so they can prepare and arrange gluten-free dishes. The products used are of the highest quality and locally sourced. Great for those who want to immerse themselves in Lucanian cuisine! (The gluten-free bread was also excellent, with none of that annoying alcohol taste!)
