Last night I went to a pizzeria with my husband, intrigued by a TikTok video about their gluten-free pizza. Being celiac and now tired of the usual pizza in my town, I decided to give it a try. What can I say: the neighborhood is really nice, the pizzeria is very cute and welcoming. I chose the *Italian* pizza, gluten-free and lactose-free, and it really surprised me! Personally, I would have preferred a middle part that was a little less thick, but it's just a matter of taste: the pizza was still light and not heavy at all, as often happens with gluten-free versions. Really good! We will definitely go back!

While searching for gluten-free pizzerias, I discovered and got to know Pizzeria Bistrot Balà. I immediately fell in love with it. Starting with the warm welcome from Valentina and Francesco, I felt at home right away. The well-curated and tasty menu made me fall in love with their pizzas immediately: I had to return at least once a week to try a different one, and it quickly became my go-to spot whenever I craved pizza. 😍 Super light and tasty dough, fresh and seasonal ingredients. Pizzas are generously topped and truly rich in unique flavors. They never cease to impress us with new pizzas and dishes for their customers. Highly recommended as a place. You won't regret it at all. From a celiac who has found the best gluten-free pizza in the BAT area. 😁😊😍
