I don't know if they have a separate kitchen, but I must say that the waiters are attentive and knowledgeable. They had all wonderful options and I didn't feel unwell after lunch.

10 days ago we celebrated our wedding at Cascina. Giulia and her staff helped make our day unforgettable... the service was impeccable, the food delicious (even the guests with special menus and intolerances complimented it). What can I say, thank you. Highly recommended.
