I had gluten-free bread, panelle, crocchè, and fried eggplants! Really delicious. I always advise remembering your intolerance or (like in my case, celiac disease). They cannot guarantee 100% absence of contamination, but the sandwich was prepared in a different area.

It feels like being in Palermo; I had an excellent sandwich with panelle. They pay special attention to gluten-free options, making sandwiches that are just as good as the regular ones. Adding in their friendliness and speed, I would definitely say... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great panel bar in the center of Sciacca for take-away. They offer sandwiches with panelle, eggplants, croquettes, etc., both gluten-free and with gluten. There's no place to eat inside, but you can enjoy your food while walking around Sciacca or on the benches of the nearby squares.
