I have been there and first of all it is not true that they are AIC certified, secondly they do not guarantee non-contamination, indeed on the menu appears the annoying (and senseless) wording "gluten-free pizzas suitable for intolerant people but NOT for celiacs (in uppercase). I am at a loss for words.
