We have been going to this brewery for years that is not certified but they always have gluten-free beers and all the sandwiches we have eaten have always been prepared with the utmost care.

Wide variety of sandwiches with special touches (e.g., nettle cream and pastrami). All sandwiches can be made with gluten-free bread. I must say it's good: crunchy but soft inside. There is particular attention to gluten-free options, as they use baking paper to separate the cooking of the sandwich from the rest.

Excellent beers that change regularly: the beauty of an independent brewery is exactly this, they don't depend on anyone and can always have new types of beers to try, sometimes themed or seasonal. The food is exceptional! They also have gluten-free versions and excellent ingredients, always cooked superbly and paired sublimely!
