The menu for composing the poke indicates very clearly which ingredients to pay attention to if you have intolerances. There is a wide selection of dressings and the quality is excellent. The staff is kind and helped me, as a celiac, to compose my poke with the right ingredients for me! They also have gluten-free soy sauce!😍
