A recently opened place also in Padua, in Piazza dei Signori. It unfolds in several well-furnished rooms, in a "tavern" style, suitable for accommodating small groups; in this case, it's better to make a reservation. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, and the service is quite fast, despite the place being full. Needless to say, the cold cuts are a highlight; they are very good, but the menu also features other dishes from Tuscan tradition. Upon request, they can prepare crostini using gluten-free bread, but as they rightly informed, there is a possibility of cross-contamination, which they do not guarantee even for the cold cut platters. It is possible to get microfiltered natural water from a "spring" near the entrance, without incurring additional costs. The quality-price ratio is good.
