The pizza in the attached photo should be a "MAXI" pizza. I ordered 14 "MAXI" pizzas and paid for them as such, but their size was that of a regular pizza. I expected larger sizes, considering the term "MAXI" and the higher price compared to a regular pizza. The pizzas are too small to be considered "MAXI" and are not worth the price indicated on the menu. Furthermore, the takeout order I placed arrived 15 minutes late: the pizzas were almost cold and the crust was burnt. In addition to the 14 "MAXI" pizzas, I also ordered a regular pizza for a girl with celiac disease. According to the guidelines of the Italian Celiac Association (AIC), home delivery of pizzas for celiacs requires adherence to hygiene standards to avoid contamination of the product, not only during preparation but also during transportation. This did not happen: the box of pizza for the girl with celiac disease was simply placed without any further cover on top of the boxes of the other "MAXI" pizzas. The staff showed little willingness to engage with the customer, to the point that during the phone call I made as soon as we opened the pizza boxes, I found myself forced to raise my voice, which is not typical for me. I didn't even have the chance to finish the call because after the pizza maker arrogantly claimed that the "MAXI" pizzas were of appropriate size, the call was dropped. I do not recommend this pizzeria.
