I went to this restaurant and I must say that the quality of the food is excellent. My sliced steak was perfect, as was the selection of ingredients and the preparation of the dishes. I would like to give a suggestion to improve the overall experience, especially for those, like me, who would like to return. I noticed a certain rigidity in the service: I asked for a small modification to my dish (to change the side for intolerance), but it was not granted. Instead, I was given the option to pay for both sides and have only one of them. I understand the restaurant's policies, but in a customer-oriented context, a little more flexibility would be a valuable addition, especially for those looking for personalized service and who feel "at home."
