Great restaurant. Rustic location in a typical Friulian farmhouse in Pagnacco, about 10 minutes from Udine city center, ample internal parking, several fairly spacious rooms, kind and friendly staff. For the menu, I really enjoyed the typical Friulian frico, good cheeses, and cold cuts. For the first course, order the typical tagliatelle with wine, and for meat, a good tagliata. Gluten-free options were a bit limited; we missed bread and breadsticks, and unfortunately, there were no desserts. Excellent wine list; I enjoyed a Cabernet Franc from a winery in Gorizia. For dessert, the sorbet was good. For a digestif, I wanted to try a typical Friulian wine bitter, but it was finished. Prices are average; the only note is that their official website lists a menu with outdated reduced prices that do not match those available in the dining room, which needs updating for transparency. I recommend it overall.
