Absolutely the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had, the result of Paolo's commitment, who mixes 5 different flours to create a high-quality product. The menu has a wide selection of gluten-free dishes, including appetizers. Francesca in the dining area is nice and professional. I returned with my family for 2 consecutive nights, and it will be a must-visit when we come back to the area for vacation. Congratulations!

I recently visited Pizzeria Caroli 1969 in Pomezia with my wife and daughter, and I was truly satisfied. The quality of the dough is the first strong point: light, digestible, and available in many variants (gluten-free, whole grain, spelt, vegan, etc.), which is very rare to find in the area. The pizza is well-seasoned, cooked just right, and made with fresh ingredients. I also greatly appreciated the attention given to those with intolerances or special diets: my daughter was finally able to enjoy a delicious gluten-free pizza, without compromising on taste. The fried items were also crunchy and light. The staff is courteous, helpful, and very attentive to customers' needs. The environment is simple but well-kept, and despite being full, the service was fast and friendly. One note: the place is not very large, so I recommend booking, especially on weekends. Prices are average for the quality offered. We will definitely return!

Exceptional pizzeria! Both gluten and gluten-free! Delicious pizza with buckwheat dough, very easy to digest! We will definitely return! One of the best in Rome and the surrounding area! Perfect place for celiacs when it comes to pizza!

This evening for the first time we tried the pizza here...what can I say, my taste buds were singing 😍...excellent gluten-free pizza, the crust was crispy outside and soft inside, full of toppings...really great, the zucchini flower was amazing....my husband had a capricciosa with gluten...he said it was really good. The girl who served us was kind and helpful. The place is small but clean...The price was fair for me, finally a pizzeria that doesn’t charge extra for gluten-free pizzas....I recommend you try it....we will definitely be back....😊

Historic location in Pomezia, always focused on top quality and flavor research. I had a truly amazing pizza with spelt dough! The place boasts a wide menu of pizzas suitable for celiacs and people allergic to lactose and yeast. Truly the best for eating quality food in a hospitable and very clean place. The staff is kind and professional.

Since I discovered this pizzeria with my partner, which is one of the few that also makes gluten-free pizzas, we have become regular customers. The place is nice, welcoming, and the staff is very kind... The pizza is delicious, and especially there is a menu that offers a wide choice.. I think it is one of the best pizzerias in all of Pomezia and Torvaianica, also because of their kindness, considering that there are unfortunately people like me who cannot eat gluten.

I went to dinner with my girlfriend a few days ago.. well what can I say, simply fantastic! Huge selection of pizzas as well as a vast choice of gluten-free products! Staff were incredibly kind! I give it 5 stars because it's not possible to give more!

We had a great time... both gluten-free and not. The girls who served us were very nice and friendly. The bill was just right... supplì/ flowers /pizza and draft coke for 12 euros. We will definitely return.

Good dough, both gluten-free and with, be aware of allergies. I ordered 6 pizzas, but they made me 5 because one was missing from the order. One of the five pizzas was supposed to be a diavola, but I received a margherita. When I called them, they said they would give me the missing salami from the pizza in aluminum foil upon returning. I replied no, and so they would have had to account for the difference between the diavola and the pizza. I paid the difference of the Margherita for the capricciosa.

Great pizza, including the gluten-free option. The staff is very kind. Top-notch service with all 6 pizzas arriving at the table simultaneously, and they were all delicious. Highly recommend!
