I got the bestsellers they offer. They provide both sweet and savory options. I also took a filled cannolo made on the spot and an arancino. Girls, be prepared, watch out for contamination. I recommend it.

I had a truly disappointing personal experience with Sicilian Goodness in Marcon. I placed an order via the app and, out of necessity, canceled it the following day using the app's standard "CANCEL ORDER" function. The (unpleasant) surprise came immediately afterward: I was contacted by phone by an employee/manager (who remains unknown), not to confirm the cancellation or politely ask for explanations, but to scold me, claiming that canceling via the app was "not correct" and that I should have called them or sent them a WhatsApp message directly, and that for this reason I was untrustworthy and dishonest. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I find this attitude offensive, completely unprofessional, and illogical: If a business chooses to be present on an ordering app, it must accept its dynamics and the features made available to customers. It's unacceptable for a customer to be reprimanded or treated arrogantly simply for using a button provided by the platform. If the restaurant has internal management issues with app orders, they should resolve them with the service manager instead of taking it out on the customer. Aggressive customer service leaves a truly bad impression. Regarding their products: These are my personal opinions... °Cipollina (which is practically impossible to find unless you order it): Good; °Arancino with ragù: Bland, tastes like nothing to me. My personal opinion; °Cannoli with ricotta: Good; °Cartoccio with ricotta: Poor. (I may have been unlucky, but I don't think the piece I got was fresh at all; it had a hard dough and chunks of ricotta. Fried brioche dough stays soft for several hours. It may lose some of its external fragrance or soften further due to the humidity of the ricotta, but it doesn't harden overnight.) °Almond Granita: Inedible for me, so much so that I had to throw it out halfway through. Too sweet, it felt like chewing a block of unmelted almonds; °Black Mulberry Granita: Excellent, really good; °Brioche with a Tuppo: Good; Due to the bad experience I had with customer service, some products I didn't like, and the exorbitant price tag for each individual product, I'm sorry to say, but I will definitely never order from them again. I repeat: This has been my experience and the opinions given on the products are based on my personal tastes...

At the Iper Rossetto shopping center in Marcon, a wonderful surprise! Simply fantastic gluten-free arancini and panzerotti. And for those with a sweet tooth, gluten-free Sicilian cannoli filled to order. Welcoming staff, with Sebastiano, the host, very helpful and kind. Highly recommended!!
