In the heart of Verona, right in front of the Arena, the Pizzeria Restaurant La Costa in Bra offers an excellent selection of pizzas, including gluten-free and lactose-free dough, certified AIC. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, with reasonable prices and a fantastic view from the second floor.

We returned to eat at this pizzeria after 4 years, and I regret to say that the quality of the product has declined a bit. Waiting an hour and a half for 2 pizzas is too long, only to find that one of them was undercooked, half of it even less so. In my opinion, there was some problem with the dough.

Gluten-free certified restaurant. The staff is charming and they follow all the SG protocol. There are many gluten-free options and everything is delicious. The dessert trio (panna cotta, cheesecake, and tiramisu) is delightful. My son is celiac and I also ordered gluten-free so we could share, and honestly, you can't tell the difference with gluten food. We recommend it 100%

Super pizzeria... according to my daughter the best gluten-free pizza eaten so far... being on vacation and having found it good for dinner, we also wanted to try breakfast and lunch.... everything very good... the staff is kind and very attentive (they change the cutlery to avoid contamination 🔝) breathtaking location...
5
Good food, I have been here for dinner many times. Excellent pizza! There is a lot of attention for celiac customers. They bring closed cutlery to avoid contamination.
5
Very nice and welcoming place, and the pizza is excellent with plenty of options to choose from. Recommended! If you're in the area, it's one of the best.
5
very large and welcoming place, right in front of the Arena. Wide GF sign. Very good dishes. Friendly staff with meticulous attention to contamination. Well done!

We had lunch as a group of three. We ordered a pizza to share while waiting for the seafood dishes. I, who have no issues with gluten, can say that I ate a delicious pizza. Light dough, well-leavened, and perfectly cooked. I've never seen such a beautiful gluten-free pizza, and my sister, who is celiac, claims she has never eaten such a good pizza.
5
excellent pizza. a great attention to contamination and kind and prepared staff.
5
delicious pizza, light and easy to digest, attentive and available service, even the straw for the aperitif is made of gluten-free pasta
5
delicious pizza, highly recommended, very attentive and prepared

pizza top
5
a diverse choice for gluten-free options including first courses, in addition to the delicious gluten-free pizza!
5
Finally found a gluten-free pizza worthy of being called pizza, very good and of high quality. I recommend trying it.
5
Here is a well-made gluten-free pizza with truly high-quality ingredients and preparation. Eating next to the Arena at the table makes the experience even more beautiful because you don't have to give up anything, not even the location. Really a nice experience to repeat and recommend.
5
Beautiful place, in front of the Arena, fantastic pizza including the gluten-free one for my daughter. Excellent service with kind and knowledgeable staff. When I return to Verona, I already know where to eat.
5
We went out to eat tonight, my husband and I, and we had a great meal. I am celiac, and we ordered two spritz, which was funny because instead of the usual straw, they used ziti pasta. Then we had a pizza and spaghetti with clams, both gluten-free and delicious, and finally the tiramisu. The waitstaff were very kind, especially Ms. Rosalba, who was very affectionate and gave excellent recommendations. Congratulations 👏 it's a restaurant that I highly recommend.

I was there on a Saturday. Reservation made online, very convenient and quick, for 8:00 PM; then we wanted to move it up by half an hour, and they welcomed us without any problems. The place is comfortable, warm, and inviting. But above all, the pizza was exceptional, light, airy, and of good quality; the toppings were great as well, including the gluten-free pizza, which is usually hard to find good. In short, what can I say, a great experience that we will repeat again when we find ourselves back in Verona. Well done, keep it up!

Excellent gluten-free pizza and cuisine
5
Location in front of the Arena, very central. Delicate Amarone risotto, craft beer. Assorted desserts and definitely valid.
5
A lunch with a view of the arena, a dedicated menu for gluten-free dishes in addition to pizza! Adequate portions, beautifully presented dishes, and excellent quality! Everything was very good. A wide selection of wines, but options for soft drinks/cocktails and beers as well. We didn’t get to dessert due to time constraints; if I return to Verona, I will come back!
5
very good pizza, double kitchen and double oven, excellent dough with sourdough gluten-free, superb location in front of the arena
5
Best Gluten Free pizza. The dough is amazing and tasty. My daughter is coeliac and felt safe even with separate cutlery and bread. Also had loads of gluten free desserts so she had cheesecake again lovely. I enjoyed the base too! Calprese salad was very tasty...could use a bit more fresh basil v dried. I had chicken salad which was ok. Pizza for the rest of the family was good. It is closest to arena with fantastic views. We ate there twice and both good service, good positioning.
5
really good pizza, attentive staff. They even replaced my cutlery, giving me ones sealed in a bag for gluten-free, something I've never seen before.
5
Pizza incredibly good. Much better than the glutinous. Service and attention to contamination at maximum levels (they replace the cutlery already present on the table with packaged ones). Unique location with a view of the Arena. Great prices!
5
gluten-free pizza made with sourdough is exceptional

We had lunch outdoors... with a view of the arena... really wonderful... Gluten-free lasagna for my wife was really good... Elephant ear cutlet with potatoes for me was very, very satisfying. We would have gladly tried the desserts, but we really couldn’t fit anything else 🤣 We got up with our bellies extremely full... Fast and attentive service, they were really kind... and for gluten free, they are very organized, well done! The prices, considering the area, are more than fair... The reservation through the website with email confirmation is convenient and quick... Happy with this lunch...

Excellent Amarone risotto, wonderful gluten-free pizza. Excellent service with highly qualified staff. To finish, a mouth-watering tiramisu.

We had a great time. The location is spectacular right in front of the arena. My wife had a gluten-free marinara (and the staff immediately replaced her cutlery with sterile, packaged ones) even though she only has a slight intolerance, so well done and very attentive!! I ordered a buffalo mozzarella and I must say mine was very good and cooked well. I would say that although it's in a very touristy spot, the prices are more than fair.. You judge..
5
Very good pizza! The tortellini are good too! Pay attention to the service and to the non-contamination.
5
Spectacular view, centrally located restaurant, and obviously very busy, but the staff works hard and runs around without stopping. We went for a gluten-free lunch due to the AIC certification, and we had a wonderful time. Maximum attention and all the gluten-free dishes were delicious. A special mention to my son's spaghetti with clams, which he enjoyed from start to finish. The texture of the pasta amazed me, because usually gluten-free spaghetti tends to break easily, while these remained perfect. So I asked the waiters which brand they used, and in response, they gave me a package of the pasta used! I truly thank everyone for their attention and kindness; it's not easy to find places like this facing the main squares of the biggest tourist locales. It will be a reference point every time we visit Verona.
5
Great place that also offers gluten-free pizza. Just let them know in advance that you need gluten-free, and they will bring extra utensils and even gluten-free bread. The staff is friendly and knows what to do for gluten-free customers. The food is excellent.
3
Great place in front of the Arena, good gluten-free dishes, staff sometimes a bit hasty.
4
Attentive and well-prepared service. Dedicated menu and gluten-free pizzas, all with a lactose-free option.
3
Very good impasto pizza but quite greasy, very abundant and good toppings but the mozzarella felt like it wasn't of excellent quality (chewy). Dessert to avoid, a typical tourist trap. Beautiful location.
5
The best pizza I have ever had. Soft and easily digestible dough, even gluten-free. Breathtaking view of the Verona arena. Great dessert and excellent value for money!!

crazy pizza😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

AIC certified restaurant overlooking the arena. I had lunch with an excellent pizza with a soft and tasty dough. The staff was very helpful and kind.
4
The venue overlooks the Arena, so it is truly picturesque. However, I didn't find a great selection of first and second courses; although the few available were delicious nonetheless. The waiting times were long (almost an hour, as it was Sunday lunch) and the service was not very efficient. I give 4 stars for the location and the goodness of the 'riso all'amarone'.
5
Delicious gluten-free pizzas at reasonable prices, despite the restaurant facing directly onto Piazza Bra. Friendly staff. Recommended if you want to experience eating a good pizza with a view of the Verona arena!
4
The place is quite large on 2 floors, located in Piazza Brà, facing the Arena. Gluten-free pizza is good. Service is rather slow.
4
We had been there last year. The venue offers a stunning location, right in front of the Arena, with courteous and highly qualified staff. We ordered 4 pizzas, one of which was gluten-free, 2 soft drinks, 2 medium beers, and 2 bottles of water, spending €70. The pizzas were really good, and according to my daughter, the gluten-free one was the best.
4
tourist spot The pizza wasn't very good and it seems to me like one of those with the pre-made base even though it's described in the menu as homemade. I would say it's fine if you want to eat with a view of the arena.
5
Every time we pass through Verona, your pizzeria is a must-stop. Everything is perfect. The waiters are very kind and knowledgeable. The dishes are top-notch. Needing an alternative gluten-free menu, here you find a fantastic pizza and even desserts, like tiramisu. The view of the Arena is breathtaking. Until next time....🧡

Gluten-free pizza with a view of the Arena! I have tried better pizzas (though it's still quite decent), and the prices are a bit high, but overall it is really worth it given the location.

We were here 5 years ago for a meal with friends in front of the Verona arena. I am celiac, and I knew they made pizza for me, which I found decent last time, with slightly burnt edges. Not having had the chance to return, I find myself back here after 5 years, having come in December 22 for the Christmas markets. We had booked for lunch inside the restaurant, which I must say is very nice, something I hadn’t noticed before since we were outside last time. The paper menu is beautiful, featuring the history of the restaurant. All pizzas can be made gluten-free for celiacs, and there are also first or second course alternatives for those who wish. I ordered the pizza that bears the name of the place, just as I remember having ordered last time. In 5 years, they have made tremendous progress; the dough is made by them and cooked in a dedicated oven, and the staff are very knowledgeable about the entire process. Additionally, there is a person assigned to monitor the dough and the gluten-free items in the kitchen. This is no small feat, as it is not trivial to find such service and quality. My pizza was more beautiful than the gluten one, had a very nice crust, akin to what southern pizza should be, the dough was flavorful, delicious, and of the right texture—neither hard nor soggy. For the way we were served, for the price, for the commitment and quality of ingredients, they deserve more than 5 stars. We also had a gluten-free tiramisu, homemade just like the one made at home in Veneto. Honest prices for being near the Verona Arena. 1 water, 2 covers, 1 regular pizza, 1 gluten-free, 1 small beer, 1 dessert—we spent about 54 in total. We will definitely return! Thank you Costa in bra! 👌👌👌

Great gluten-free pizza with a view of the Arena. 👍🏻 Unfortunately, the other gluten-free dishes on the menu were not all available.
5
If you want to enjoy a good gluten-free pizza with a view of the Arena, this is the right place.
5
excellent food and staff suited to the venue...

In front of the Verona Arena, fantastic view, both outside and from the internal hall on the second floor. Fantastic pizza, especially made by them, the same goes for the sourdough (not defrosted, unlike other pizzerias I've tried). Very good prices.

Premise: concert at the Arena Sunday evening, I call around lunchtime to book a table for two, since I am celiac and there are few certified places in Verona, I wanted to feel secure. They respond by saying to come directly to the venue without a reservation since it's just the two of us. Unfortunately, it starts pouring rain, which means fewer tables available. We arrive, ask the first waiter, and he doesn't even let us finish the sentence before immediately dismissing us, saying there's no space. We ask another, specifying that we called that morning and as we were told, and we received the lovely service: "Well, if it hadn't rained, there would have been a place... What should I do, create one?"... Luckily, near the Arena, there's the restaurant FLORA, where we had already been and found courtesy, professionalism, and above all, a guarantee of having everything gluten-free.
1
Nice place and beautiful view of the square, but the waiters are very indifferent and poorly educated. Gluten-free pizza was really hard with sour tomato. The gluten-free risotto is charged an extra 2 euros, with the waitress justifying it by saying it is made separately with a separate broth. I mean, a restaurant that seems to have a certain level in Piazza Bra makes risotto with broth????? Scandalous... Never again!!!!

I was with my family and I was very happy. Certified AIC (celiac disease). They immediately provided appropriate cutlery and brought gluten-free grissini. My capricciosa was also very good with good ham and fresh artichokes. Waiters were good and available. Price appropriate for the location. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
4
I am celiac and I was afraid that this pizza would be like those from other pizzerias, meaning thin and dry; instead, this one was soft and filled. The staff was very kind and attentive to your needs, in this case, to those of celiac disease. Certified by AIC. Beautiful view of the arena.

A well-kept restaurant, not very large but very welcoming. Possibility to have your meal outside with a view of the Arena, very picturesque. It's better to book to ensure you get a table. Offers a not very extensive menu but still satisfying, and the association with AIC provides extreme safety even for celiacs (but limited to pizzas, which are very good). Staff is fully available. Price might be slightly high, but given the location and quality, it's reasonable. Recommended.

I am celiac and I went here because I read that they had gluten-free pizza. Unfortunately, I felt sick all night. Even my wife, who ate the normal one, didn't digest it at all.
