We went to Flora for both lunch and dinner during our trip to Verona, and it was a very positive experience. A true paradise for celiacs and/or vegans/vegetarians. For dinner, there is an à la carte menu, and everything we chose was delicious. At lunch, however, there is a buffet with many delicious options and lots of desserts. Our two kids also really enjoyed the restaurant. We will definitely return!

Just a few minutes' walk from Piazza Bra and the arena, a small restaurant where you eat all vegan and gluten-free dishes. Choose from a display among the numerous available options and pay based on the total weight of what you've put on your plate. Everything is cooked by them. Everything is really tasty and light. A vegan and gluten-free restaurant with a very simple setting, perfect for those looking for genuine dishes without too many frills. The portions are generous and satisfy even the hungriest, with an offer that manages to be varied while remaining true to the philosophy of the place. The service is casual, informal but polite. The interiors are quite spartan, in line with the essential style of the place. The only real downside: the temperature inside was definitely too low, which somewhat ruined the atmosphere. With a few more adjustments, the experience could improve a lot.

I had chosen this place before my arrival in Verona mainly for my celiac condition, but I must say the wait was totally worth it. The venue is welcoming, unique in its kind. I have traveled around Italy, but I have never found a place that left me so amazed. I cannot say which dish was the best because everything was exquisite. The staff was polite and attentive. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended, the uniqueness of this place deserves more than 5 stars.

Completely gluten-free (AIC recognized) and vegan, it is one of my favorite places to go in Verona. Attentive staff, and if there is a concert planned in the Arena (which is very close), great attention is paid to timing. For me, who loves cheese, the fermented ones were a real discovery. What can I say, it’s all perfect: delicious, simple, refined, tasty food. Every time for lunch, there are new offerings, and those who are celiac can freely choose any dish, because nothing is forbidden; everything is gluten-free regardless! They always offer seasonal dishes and are very environmentally conscious. The decor is simply delightful and relaxing, and the staff is very kind. The prices are reasonable; of course, lunch is charged by weight and is less expensive compared to dinner, but that's fair. Every time I go, I feel at home!

We had dinner at this lovely restaurant located behind the Arena di Verona. The atmosphere is relaxing and intimate, the menu refined (completely vegan and gluten-free). All the dishes were good and well-presented. A nice touch was a small welcome entree offered by the house. The owner is kind and friendly, the service was fast. Prices are average, excellent quality-price ratio. The desserts are also good! Definitely recommended; even my non-vegan girlfriend was thrilled with the experience.

The menu is completely vegan and gluten-free, and we were fully satisfied. All the dishes tasted were good and well-presented. I particularly loved the crepes, gnocchi, and Bis Burger 😋. I am not Vegetarian or Vegan, but I love this healthy and supportive approach to cooking. My partner, on the other hand, is Celiac, and during a short trip to Verona, we discovered Flora, a lovely restaurant near the center run by a gentleman, I assume the owner, but alas I don't know his name; you will fall in love with it. Attentive, pleasant, and friendly. For the first time, we found ourselves in a place where we could eat everything without having to insist on attention for Celiacs, contamination, etc. Unexpectedly, there was a varied, seasonal menu rich in flavors and combinations of vegetables and fruits that make you want to try everything. Moreover, it was my partner's birthday, and they went out of their way to prepare a cake for us, of course gluten-free, cocoa and pistachio that was simply fantastic. We will definitely return.

Great discovery, excellent vegan restaurant. The dishes we tried were also excellent. The staff was very kind, especially the middle-aged gentleman, whom I think is the owner. They were very accommodating regarding intolerance and allergy issues, offering us alternative dishes. The atmosphere is unique. The weight-based buffet is also interesting.

When we arrived in Verona, my partner and I wanted to have dinner at a vegan restaurant, so we chose the Flora restaurant. The owner, Luciano, welcomed us as soon as we arrived and accompanied us to our table, which is something that rarely happens these days. We chose the tasting menu because we wanted to try the various dishes it consists of. All the dishes are well presented and the raw materials used are of excellent quality. The homemade cheeses are a delicacy; I could have eaten a second round. Not to mention that everything is prepared gluten-free, including the beers. A cozy, comfortable place that we will definitely return to whenever we are in Verona.

I highly recommend it, and I say this as an omnivore. There is a wide selection of dishes, some quite refined, so it’s easy to find something that satisfies your palate. In general, I’ve noticed a certain ‘Eastern’ taste, in the sense that various dishes use spices like curry, turmeric, etc. Furthermore, everything is gluten-free, so the risk of contamination is definitely low. I find the choice to pay based on the weight of what you take very interesting. I think it’s a smart solution (you pay exactly for what you eat), which avoids waste, and I must say that in the end, it’s quite economical.
