Asking the waiter, it seems they know how to manage a service for someone with celiac disease. They don't have gluten-free pizza but offer gluten-free pasta as an alternative with all the appropriate dressings. Of course, they say they can't guarantee 100% because they don't have separate kitchens, but I had the impression that the kitchen knows how to handle the orders.
