With praise! A lot of attention and precision for gluten-free, the menu already contains all gluten-free options. As soon as I sat down, even before I ordered, they immediately brought me hot gluten-free bread, and they let us taste high-quality oil on a separate plate. They make the fish fry gluten-free for everyone using rice flour, and there is the possibility to eat the catch of the day. I highly recommend tasting the fry, the pasta 'tonnarelli cacio e pepe lime and raw tartare,' and starting with tastings of tartare and carpaccio. We chose the wine from the Volavolè winery, which is very good, biodynamic, and organic. You can see that there is a lot of experience and attention behind this. An experience I will remember forever.
