This establishment is not part of the AIC circuit, but it has well-trained staff attentive to gluten intolerance! I was pleasantly surprised by their attention to managing cross-contamination and the staff's willingness to help. All the sandwiches on the menu can be requested in gluten-free versions... and they are truly delicious! I recommend this place to people with celiac disease.

Amazing culinary experience... fabulous sandwiches with an incredible taste... absolutely must try. The croquettes with cheese and pepper cream and bacon are extraordinary... everything was truly good and everyone was really nice. Possibility of gluten-free options... and the eggless tiramisù is a gem that deserves 10 stars instead of 5... for me, who loves tiramisù but is allergic to eggs, it was a real satisfaction to be able to eat tiramisù after dinner... If you are in Pescara, you must definitely try it.

Delicious sandwiches even in a "gluten-free" version. An assortment of truly uncommon gluten-free dishes. Very kind staff, a well-kept environment, and short waiting times. Highly recommended in every aspect!!
