The place is small and cozy, but very pretty and intimate. The owners are friendly, kind, attentive, and helpful, especially the lady. The menu isn't huge, but it's still quite extensive, with some interesting options. It's worth noting that everything is made by them, handmade: sauces, cutlets, breading, bread, even the flours used, which are blended differently for each dish by the lady. The food is very good and the prices are fair.

If I could, I would give 30 stars, but there are only 5. We ate really well, quick and friendly service. Even my mom, who is celiac, finally didn’t feel like a burden. We will definitely return.

For the first time, we ate really great gluten-free food. I had a burger with a vegetable patty and my mom had a piadina; the dough was perfect and made fresh. The owners, who are also the cooks, were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Tried for the first time after getting a recommendation from an app called "Celiago". The place is small with a few seats, so if you plan to go, you might want to reserve a spot first. On this occasion, I tried the sandwich with the cutlet, and I can say it was amazing and quite substantial, with high-quality bread and excellent meat cooking without releasing oil. Then I also tried the piadina and the sandwich with salmon chosen by my family, who were also astonished by their goodness! If I had to choose what to eat next time, I would be torn; I would eat everything! The staff is very friendly, and on Thursdays, they also offer pizza, which I still need to evaluate. Truly gourmet sandwiches!

Great place with lovely atmosphere. I was positively pleased I found gluten free place in Pescara, my boyfriend can’t eat gluten. We ordered cheesburger and piadina, also French fries were delicious!!! Food was fresh and tasty even I am not big fan of gluten free food. The owner lady was so nice and kind, we understood each other in polish, she also speaks Italian. Highly recommended for visit even if you are not gluten free because it’s the best place you can try it! 🌟🍕🙏

The fries are delicious and are served in a paper basket, which I greatly appreciated since I can't stand it when hot items are served in plastic containers. Highly recommended.

It's a fixed stop every summer, conveniently located near the sea, also offering takeout. Flatbreads, small pizzas, sandwiches, cannelloni, appetizers, sweet and savory muffins, arrosticini... everything is handmade on the spot and especially without contamination risk because it’s all gluten-free!! This was the only gluten-free place open when we were in Pescara. Here we ordered chicken sandwiches to go. Our order was prepared very quickly. Nothing fancy, but the sandwich was delicious. We didn't regret eating here. The lady working there was very nice, she only spoke Italian.

On Tuesday, my family and I were supposed to go to Chieti for my sister's graduation. I didn't want to bring the usual things from home, and while browsing for places to eat, I found Amaranth, 100% gluten-free, I couldn't believe it! Since it wasn't too far from the university, we decided to go and have lunch there. The place is small but well-kept, with a few tables so you can sit comfortably. The menu featured various sandwiches, piadinas, and more, with many fillings, sweets, and even cannelloni made of crepes, filled with meat and zucchini or with ricotta and spinach. We ordered 4 portions of meat cannelloni and 2 cheeseburgers. The owners are very kind, they offered us a portion of fries with sauces (they make their own mayonnaise) and a coffee. Everything was delicious, and the girls were absolutely thrilled, especially the big one, who kept repeating, "it was a beautiful day, but above all, the things we ate were so tasty" 🤣 I only have a photo of the cannelloni and fries because the sandwiches disappeared too quickly!

I’m the only one between my hubby and kids who needs to eat gluten free but we all dined and enjoyed the food. The cheese burger was sooo good! All the bread and buns are home made. The service was great!

SPECTACULAR!! It’s all gluten-free, lactose-free, and homemade by them! It’s really very good. We passed by and went back on purpose the next day. We had the crepes (highly recommended!), piadine, and sweet and savory muffins. The lady who welcomed us was simply wonderful.

One of my favorite places in Pescara! I have brought various non-celiac people here and they loved it and want to return. They are very attentive to lactose-free options and have vegetarian choices. I recommend the crepe cannelloni with ricotta and spinach, they are my favorite dish. The place is always very clean and the lady who runs it is very nice and kind, making customers feel at home. I recommend it 100%.

Last year my wife and I were supposed to come test this place, found on Google, which had caught our attention. Unfortunately, it was not possible due to various issues. Finally, yesterday, back in Pescara, we managed to taste the delicacies of this fantastic gluten-free venue. A place that uses not the usual flours but alternative ones like quinoa, lentils, chickpeas, etc… all to create delicious doughs for sandwiches, piadinas, desserts, and much more. The staff was extremely kind and truly passionate about what they do. We tried the NORDIC sandwich with salmon, cheese, and salad, the LIGHT piadina with chicken, salad, and tomatoes, all accompanied by delicious San Miguel beer (my favorite) and Coca-Cola. The owner, very kind, also offered us a delicious sausage wrapped in baked potato dough. The price is below average; perhaps for what they offer, it could be a bit more balanced. Very nice place and the owners are very kind and knowledgeable about contamination issues (she is celiac). Perfect for a lunch break or an aperitif. The hamburger is delicious, especially the SG bread they make themselves! Here, EVERYTHING is gluten-free and most is also lactose-free. Great job!!!

Just discovered this gem! Cozy place, easy to find, very kind cashier, and of course, delicious food. Finally, a gluten-free sandwich that tastes 'normal'. Exquisite quality cheeseburger, fabulous homemade mayonnaise. I will definitely return!

Fabulous food for celiacs!!! Everything is gluten and lactose free!!!! Even my family members, who are not celiacs, enjoyed it! The owner also deserves my 5 stars (but only because you can't give more)!!!! Unfortunately, I couldn't replicate with a second meal, but as soon as we return to Peacara, I will definitely go back for lunch or dinner at this place!!!!!

Everything gluten-free. I was in Pescara for just one day and was fortunate to find this place. Small but welcoming, very kind and family-like staff, exceptional food quality as well as great value for money. Delicious piadina and sandwiches, unfortunately I didn't get a chance to taste everything since I arrived late and didn't find the full menu... There is nothing frozen, everything is made on the spot. I will definitely return.

Really kind and helpful staff. A paradise for celiacs!!! All the food was excellent, a wide selection, and very inclusive for every dietary need. The chickpea burger and the cannelloni made of crepes with ricotta and spinach were spectacular. I definitely want to return. 5 well-deserved stars!!
