The gluten-free pizzetta is very good, the only two drawbacks are the lack of a cool space to eat in the summer and the rather limited selection of gluten-free products.

From 31/12/24, they will offer gluten-free pizzas, advertising on the counter of the venue: 1) that the dough comes from a specialized laboratory, and 2) that they prepare the pizzas in a place separate from the rest of the kitchen. We tried two pizzas, one with Taggiasca olives and anchovies and the other with mortadella and burrata, and they were wonderful. Very different, of course, from the historic dough of Trieste but very fragrant, soft on the inside, and pleasantly flavorful. A new excellent gluten-free alternative in the heart of Pescara.
