The gluten-free pizzetta is very good, the only two drawbacks are the lack of a cool space to eat in the summer and the rather limited selection of gluten-free products.

Great pizzeria! The dough is light and well-leavened, with a perfect baking that makes the pizza crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality, and you can taste it in every bite. The menu is varied, with options for all tastes, including vegetarian and gluten-free choices. From 31/12/24, they will offer gluten-free pizzas, advertising on the counter of the venue: 1) that the dough comes from a specialized laboratory, and 2) that they prepare the pizzas in a place separate from the rest of the kitchen. We tried two pizzas, one with Taggiasca olives and anchovies and the other with mortadella and burrata, and they were wonderful. Very different, of course, from the historic dough of Trieste but very fragrant, soft on the inside, and pleasantly flavorful. A new excellent gluten-free alternative in the heart of Pescara.
