100% gluten-free options, very tasty and fresh, suitable for both breakfast and lunch. We tried some rolls that were incredible, as well as a takeaway pizza. The service is excellent, the owner is very nice, and the atmosphere of the place is really pleasant and relaxing. They are also dog friendly!

I was really surprised by the quality of the vegan cake from Balance! Even though I was last minute and without a reservation, I found an amazing gluten-free and lactose-free cake. The quality is top-notch; you wouldn't guess it lacks animal ingredients! I never imagined such an intense and refined flavor, and the texture was perfect. A special thanks to the staff for their kindness and availability, and for recommending the decoration to put on the cake; it was really lovely!

Croissants, cakes, maritozzi, and pastries - everything is vegan, gluten-free, and almost entirely sugar-free. They are further refining their recipes to cater to customers with diabetes issues. My croissant was huge, as was the slice of banana and chocolate cake that I forgot to photograph. The kindness and friendliness of the owner will make me return to try the rest. Their idea is brilliant and deserves everyone's support.

PHENOMENAL!!! Raw materials and impeccable quality, friendly and helpful staff, welcoming and well-kept place.... The prices are obviously slightly higher than other places, but they are well spent! The only downside is the small size of the venue and the lack of tables outside. For someone with intolerances or a vegan, it's the dream place. Congratulations đ
