It has the reputation of being the best fish restaurant in Pescara, but I will share my experience regarding gluten-free options. The staff is knowledgeable and informed about contamination issues. They pointed out what I could have from the menu and cooked fish just for me in separate pans. Notably, they also had packaged gluten-free bread, a sign of attention and expertise. Not to be missed!
