I am not in the AIC circuit by choice, but the risk is zero as I only have gluten-free dishes. Not only excellent risottos, but also many offerings of fresh pasta and all the desserts I tried (tiramisu, panna cotta, and crème brûlée) are excellent. All the staff were very kind, a great discovery!

Amazing pizza, it doesn't even seem like it's gluten-free because it's so soft and elastic. The staff is really kind and knowledgeable, the place is welcoming, and everything, truly everything, is gluten-free. I will definitely return to try more!

I discovered the Risotteria by chance a week ago, and from the very first moment we felt truly at home. The place is inviting, tastefully furnished, and designed entirely with a "gluten-free" philosophy. The risottos are excellent, but what really makes the difference is the welcome: the owners greet you with a smile, a kind joke, and are very accommodating. I will definitely return.

Absolutely exceptional staff, very attentive and kind, they let their passion for their work shine through. There is a wide selection since 90% of the menu is gluten-free: from appetizers like the focaccia and flavored bread (highly recommended) to risottos (which are also excellent); even the pizzas are made with a completely rice-based dough, making them very safe for us celiacs. I didn't get to try it, but it looked very inviting. Highly recommended!

I found this restaurant online looking for a completely gluten-free place, and I must say it was a wonderful discovery! 🌟 The menu is entirely gluten-free, with a level of care and respect for celiac disease that is truly rare to find. The waiters and owners were extremely kind and helpful. We ordered fresh burrata, homemade bread (soft and delicious), risottos, and desserts: everything was truly excellent, attended to in detail and with authentic flavors. Completely gluten-free restaurant, well-kept and welcoming. They are known for their risottos, but I tried the pizza and it was the best gluten-free I've ever had, a dream! Kind and super attentive staff. Finally a place where you can eat gluten-free and you don't notice any difference. I will definitely return!

The tasting of two Risottos was excellent. One with Robiola and herbs and the other with Gorgonzola, caramelized onion, and crispy Speck. Kindness and availability in a welcoming environment.
