I wanted to take a moment to talk about this wonderful place. To say that my friends and I had a great time is an understatement. The location is truly beautiful, especially the outdoor area that is right on the beach and guarantees a pleasant and evocative evening dining just a few steps from the sea. The staff is exceptional, every waiter is genuinely kinder than the last, and they are not only very friendly but also professional. Last but not least, the food; as a celiac, I was pleasantly surprised by the preparation and the attention they gave me throughout the evening. Almost everything on the menu is guaranteed to be gluten-free, even the fried foods, which is no small feat, given that I often find myself eating out at different places and rarely get to enjoy fried foods. In fact, my friends and I decided to go for the fixed menu, which included a lot of abundant appetizers that filled us up to the brink already, and it also included three different types of pasta dishes, served in quite large baking dishes, and finally the sorbet. By the end, we were practically rolling but completely satisfied. I will definitely return, even with my family, because it’s truly worth introducing this little gem to others.

Welcoming environment. Equipped beach with umbrellas and sunbeds. The staff is always kind and helpful. The restaurant offers a wide selection ranging from pizzas to first and second courses of land and sea, highly recommended is the seafood menu. Very importantly, there is also the possibility to have gluten-free lunch options.

We were looking for a gluten-free restaurant in Agrigento, unfortunately without much success. Luckily, while searching online we found Golden Beach! A spacious air-conditioned room with a beach view, attentive gluten-free service (my wife is celiac) she had an exceptional pasta with clams and I had a phenomenal spaghetti allo scoglio! I really thank the staff for allowing us to enjoy traditional dishes even gluten-free, after all, it just takes a little attention! Lemon sorbet offered and overall price really excellent! Keep it up 😉
