Very beautiful place and the owner is very kind. I случайно entered with my daughter for breakfast... they have very good homemade gluten-free and vegan cakes... the only downside is the slightly high price, but otherwise it's a really nice place.

Great for an alternative lunch with proposals for unique dishes made up of carbohydrates + vegetables + proteins. For Thursday evening with an à la carte menu, I will have a reason to return to try it.

Green Pea - Natural Bio Bistrot is an excellent choice in Verona. The cuisine is excellent, healthy, and entirely organic, with a wide range of options for vegetarians, vegans, and those with intolerances. The venue is very welcoming and the staff is professional and courteous. A big advantage is the logistics: the Bistrot is easily accessible and the nearby Porta Palio parking makes access extremely convenient, even during peak hours. Highly recommended for a healthy, high-quality meal, without parking issues.

A classic vegetarian restaurant that is snobby and haughty but with terrible quality. We entered because it was the only place to have a vegan breakfast, and they only had one bland vegan croissant with very little supermarket jam and they didn't even share it. Two plant-based cappuccinos and one croissant at 8 euros is an outrageous price, especially given the poor quality. To be avoided, especially for vegans, as there are better options available.

I had an omelette with leek for 13 euros, and I didn't like it. An omelette needs to be made fresh to be good; it was lukewarm and definitely not good. At that price, it should have been at least exceptional and made on the spot. For the cooked vegetables, broccoli and green beans, a small plate cost 6.50 euros. The vegetables were good, but the portions were small for the price. I eat organic at home and know the costs. It's a self-service, but they serve you and determine the quantity. I didn't even get a drink. The total cost was 21.50 euros, including 2 euros for the cover charge (regular cutlery, paper placemat, and paper cup that I didn't use). I am not satisfied at all and found it overpriced.

Besides being served after others who came after me, I feel told that salads are only for summer and for the balanced single dish (the one usually taken for lunch) I must necessarily take carbohydrates otherwise if I wanted to have only proteins and vegetables I would have to order two separate plates, meaning paying more. They probably changed management or maybe it was just a bad day because before, from the reception to accommodating simple customer requests, it was a completely different style.

Great tasting experience. The lady at the counter was very kind and thorough with her explanations. The chef was very nice and smiling. Excellent and varied options for vegetarians and vegans as well as for celiacs. Lunch for two: 2 well-filled sandwiches, plate trio for 2, 2 bottles of water, 1 vegan tiramisu, and 1 macchiato coffee, total 40 euros, leaving the place satisfied and having eaten well. I would go back and also send my friends there.

What a discovery!! Vegan brioches of all flavors, vegan sandwiches, and many delicious options. Very nice place and friendly staff. I hope to come back for lunch or dinner to taste more.

I love the concept and the food that the place offers... but I swear I don't understand when I don't find flexibility in choosing combinations. I asked for a dish with carbohydrates and protein, and I was denied because it wasn't offered in the menu options. So I would have had to spend double to get a whole dish of protein and a whole dish of carbohydrates, but I wasn't that hungry!! In the end, I had to choose the balanced dish with vegetables even though I didn't want them. I also have a restaurant and I always provide maximum availability and flexibility when faced with the requests of every customer... unfortunately, I just don't understand when this isn't done in return. Anyway, I repeat, delicious.

A wonderful place, very kind and helpful staff, dishes explained perfectly. The location is really beautiful, clean, and full of details that make it a gem nestled in the frame of Verona Center. The culinary offer is wide but above all good; everything was delicious. Fair prices for the quality offered. Congratulations!

A small bistro in an industrial-modern style that mainly offers single dishes, serving macro-nutrients in proportions chosen by the customer. The idea is interesting, but the cost of raw materials likely does not allow for a good value-for-money ratio. The portions are minimal and the final price was definitely beyond expectations: 20 euros for a single dish, small water, and two slices of thawed bread, which had to be paid extra. The millet was tasty, but since it was prepared with hummus, it formed a mass that was too dense; the tomatoes in vinaigrette were good; the chickpea hummus was served with a single mini-crostini of bread. I then asked for extra bread to eat with it and paid 4 euros for two slices, which were still frozen inside. The costs of quality raw materials certainly do not allow for low prices, but some adjustments (e.g., serving pinzimonio instead of bread with hummus) would help justify the prices.
