Excellent food and very kind staff, it is always worth stopping by to eat some great fish cooked by Cristina and Sebastiano. The absence of contamination is guaranteed as well as the delicious taste of the gluten-free dishes, especially since the owner is celiac.

We have been coming to Cobalto multiple times now, and it is always a confirmation. Excellent cuisine, welcoming environment tailored for children, friendly and competent staff. This time we also had a person with celiac disease with us, and they made the same choices in gluten-free versions, which is a rarity in the area.
