From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the elegant yet welcoming atmosphere of the place, with attention to detail that conveys care and passion. One of the highlights for us was the great focus on gluten-free options: my wife and daughter are celiac, and we found so many suitable options for them, all clearly labeled and prepared with expertise. The menu offers a rich selection of fish dishes, and every course we tasted was excellent, with fresh, quality ingredients, well-cooked and presented with taste. Another sign of the availability and professionalism of the staff was their response to our request for gluten-free olive ascolane, which were not on the menu: with great kindness, they set out to accommodate us, and the result was truly excellent. In summary, our experience at Marino1958 was extremely positive: high-level cuisine, attention to dietary needs, impeccable service, and a refined environment. A restaurant we highly recommend to anyone visiting the Riviera del Conero.
