Nothing to say about the quality of what I ate; there's good attention to gluten-free options, but I noticed a bit of inflexibility. For my little daughter, I had to get the seafood risotto, as they denied me the option of having a simple saffron one or something else, which was not on the menu, and there were no other choices for a first course.

I recently dined at Da Carlo with my family, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. A major highlight for us was the excellent and thoughtful accommodation for my daughter, who has celiac disease. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring she had delicious and safe gluten-free options that went far beyond the usual fare. She felt included and truly enjoyed her meal. As for the rest of the food, everything we ordered was absolutely fantastic. From the appetizers to the main courses, every bite was a delight.

Restaurant with the option to eat outdoors right by the lake, very picturesque in the evening. Very friendly and pleasant staff, gluten-free pizza is delicious, super soft dough with a lot of attention to gluten-free. I definitely recommend it!

De Carlo is the best restaurant on Lake Garda! The food and wine were absolutely amazing, and they offer a wide range of allergy-friendly options, including a full gluten-free menu. The warm, homey atmosphere made the experience even better. Special thanks to Davide for the outstanding service!
