I'm sorry, I had just opened and everything was fine. I returned with my daughter on June 2 because gluten-free was finally available. The service was unprepared. They brought the gluten-free sandwich (for the child) after a long time compared to the normal sandwiches. They brought a simple dessert without cream, and I had to call them back to ask if it was finished like that, and they added the cream, which was already melted. When we reached the cash register, they handed over the bill and then went to fix the glasses, leaving us there waiting. My app was expired and they didn't know what to tell me. All this cost €120 for 4. Very disappointed. I don't know if I'll return soon. I'm sorry, it could have potential, but the staff needs training. Thank you.
