Very refined locale, excellent service, and very attentive staff regarding intolerances, knowledgeable about celiac disease and how to avoid contamination. Great food, wide selection of gluten-free options, they also make pizza but unfortunately do not have a separate oven, although they do cook it in a container. They bring good warm gluten-free bread. The only downside is the price, a bit expensive but worth it!

We found this place in front of Camping Sass Dlacia. We had dinner there on Sunday evening and we were very happy with it. The very kind waiter immediately explained all the gluten-free options they had, and there are many. We had a wonderful dinner, the gluten-free gnocchi with chanterelles were excellent (and plentiful). The pappardelle dish with game ragù and blueberries (with the option to have it gluten-free) was also delicious. We shared a main course of turkey and vegetables, which was also a generous portion. We were amazed. For dessert, we had “amore caldo,” a kind of ice cream with cream, which was also plentiful and very good. Fast service and all the waiters were very kind. The location was beautiful and well-kept. It was a pleasant surprise and evening. We regretted not asking if they sold the gluten-free gnocchi (the best we've tried so far) and the game ragù. We highly recommend anyone passing by or staying at the Camping across the street to stop for dinner. If we return to Trentino, we will definitely stop by again.

Congratulations! Really a beautiful place. Opened in December 2023, the pizzeria restaurant near Armentarola has a modern structure all in light wood and huge windows. The ceiling is inlaid, and the light comes from inside the inlays. Truly fantastic. The highlight is the pair of "windows within windows": a must-see! Staff: the manager, Manuel and his employees are all very courteous and attentive to needs. And finally, the food: classic local dishes, excellent meats and vegetables, and a delicious pizza. I really mean it. Just one comment from a Milanese: the breaded cutlet Milanese style with pork? No way! Hehe They also have a gluten-free option. Prices: well, obviously it’s not cheap, but where can we find an inexpensive restaurant in the area? No point in complaining: prices in South Tyrol are high. We’ve known that for a long time.
