For all the hamburgers on the menu, there is an option to have them gluten-free with French fries. The kitchens are separate. Very attentive.

A lovely place right in the center of Calvi. Extremely friendly staff (both in person and over the phone), very available to speak multiple languages (English, Italian, and French), and patient in understanding a language different from theirs. Gluten-free sandwich and raspberry cheesecake, EXCELLENT! The menu also includes 3 gluten-free Mexican beers: I tried the blonde one and it was very good. Prices are average for the island but in relation to the quality of the food enjoyed. WELL DONE!!!
