The ice cream shop is not exclusively gluten-free, but they have ice cream (always artisanal) without contamination of all the flavors served with a clean scoop. They also have gluten-free cones that they only take after washing their hands. They also make gluten-free ice cream cakes on reservation without contamination. We always go there and besides being sure of what we eat, the ice cream is really delicious!
