The ice cream is good and made gluten-free, but there is a risk of contamination. The staff is very kind and changes the scoop and takes the ice cream from the part that hasn't been "dug out" yet. There is a gluten-free cone available.

Artisanal gelato savored like never before in years. Gluten-free options available (packaged cone wafers separately) and lactose-free options including, for example, the pistachio flavor that I highly recommend!

Absolutely negative... I had promised a gluten-free ice cream to my daughter, but the lady kept repeating that the ice cream is all gluten-free, adding that she had contaminated everything and no longer had gluten-free cones!!!!! But don't advertise gluten-free if you can't guarantee it!!!!!!
