I have known this place since before becoming gluten intolerant and before it changed management, and it still remains my go-to spot in Rome when I want to eat Japanese with the all-you-can-eat option. Upon my arrival, I communicated the need for gluten-free products, and I must say they were very attentive because I had no issues whatsoever. When ordering via the tablet, you just need to add a note indicating gluten-free. The place is very nice, and the fusion cuisine doesn't alter Japanese cuisine too much, so you’ll find all the typical maki, uramaki, sashimi, and nigiri. I highly recommend it if you love Japanese food and are gluten intolerant.
