Arrived at the beach by boat. We docked near the casino. A few minutes away, we found this takeout pizzeria with 2/3 tables to eat outside on the go. Mainly it is a takeout pizzeria. The pizza is delicious, both the ingredients and the dough. Very digestible, after half an hour we went for a swim in the lagoon. The pizza maker told me he uses very digestible flours suitable for gluten intolerant individuals. Mauri, the pizza maker, was 18 when he started, and now that he’s in his fifties, he is truly a top-notch pizza maker. Well done.
