Very well-kept and welcoming place with really helpful staff. Almost the entire menu is gluten-free (including desserts, in our case the pastiera!) from the appetizers onward. Homemade focaccia instead of bread. What can I say... fantastic!

Location in a small village in the province of Rome. It is not part of the AIC circuit, but the owners are very attentive. You can eat everything except pizzas, but to accompany the dishes, they make an excellent focaccia. Recommended especially if you are going for a trip outside the city.
