Absolute lack of professionalism: I went to the owner to order a very simple large gluten-free panettone to give as a gift to a friend, and after having been sent home three times with the excuse "it hasn’t arrived yet" and the promise that he would make it promptly, he tells me with a clearly embarrassed expression: "I wasn’t able to produce it." In my humble opinion, he falls into that rare category of workers who believe that everyone is stupid and he is the only intelligent one. For those who are gluten intolerant like me, as soon as you enter this place, you can immediately feel normal! The food is exactly the same in appearance and taste as normal food! Prices are not very high, and there is an extremely high selection between sweet and savory, of course all fresh! What can I say, it's a celiac's paradise!
