Quality! Indeed, when I stepped into this restaurant, the first impression was quality; you can see the great passion in the management and the well-curated, modern decor accompanied by a very pleasant jazz sound. Once seated, you are welcomed with a tasting of homemade breads and oil, amazing! Attentive and friendly table service, even in explaining the dishes and ensuring the guests' intolerances are considered. Menu featuring original dishes and interesting combinations; I chose the 5-course fish menu, all well-prepared, balanced, and tasty. A praise for the desserts from the single to the small pastries accompanied by coffee and bitters. A pleasant experience to try again, congratulations!
