They make quite good gluten-free pizza, but it's not easy to find good GF pizza in Venice. I couldn't say how much contamination risk there is; I've been there twice and I've never had any problems.

I give one star because you can't give zero. Tonight I went to dinner at this place with some friends. They seated us at a table, and we waited for the pizzas (margaritas, I add!) for an hour and a half, without anyone coming to tell us anything. Only one waitress apologized for the delay. Additionally, at the time of payment, the owner insulted my friend, calling her crazy, just because she asked to split the bill. I also add that pine needles kept falling on the table and the pizzas were not good. The gluten-free pizza was frozen. To top it all off, the man who made us pay told us to get lost. Rude! If you are in Lido di Venezia, I recommend going elsewhere.
